I changed my hotel 3 times and I'm glad I did, this hotel is good value for money, the facilities are excellent, in fact so good that the Pope stayed there on his visit to Indonesia, I did see him in reception when I went down to breakfast. The food was good, the staff were excellent, the location was great, close to the centre of Jakarta, a 20 minute walk into the city centre. this would be my first choice of hotel if I decided to visit Jakarta again.

Yet, this hotel is not stuck in the past. It's been lovingly updated, like a seasoned actress who knows the value of a subtle touch-up. The rooms, though carrying the charm of a previous era, are equipped with all the modern amenities a traveler might need. The balance of old and new is struck with such finesse that you feel enveloped in a cocoon of comfort and sophistication. The staff, ever attentive and courteous, seem to understand the rhythm of this grand old hotel. Their service is a harmonious blend of formality and warmth, as if they too have been a part of Aryaduta's long history. Each interaction is a reminder of the golden age of hospitality, where every guest is treated with the utmost respect and care.

Bread at the breakfast is like it supposed to be. Not that factory toast bread or fall apart as cake bread but real European tasty bread. Staff was freindley and helpfull. Al do the romms furniture is a bit outlived its still quite ok. Bar styed late open and prices of beer etc. are normal

The hotel is close to Gambir train station. We selected this hotel to catch an early train in the morning and checked in late the night before. We enjoyed the breakfast, broad selection of European and Asian food. The beds are comfortable and AC is working well.

We won't have enough time to go back due to our flight. One of the Staff member wrapped the envelope and managed to delivery the money to the airport via Gojek delivery. We couldn't be more grateful.
